My work brings joy, understanding and self-acceptance to the many parts which reside within us. It brings in human kindness. It opens the heart to all of who we are-in turn giving us greater awareness in listening to others more compassionately.

Hearts hold so much wisdom that can override are darker aspects. Our heart shines light on those aspects and brings in more understanding.

 We can proceed in ways that are more substantial in accessing all we want in our lives-our relationships, careers, personal goals and difficult aspects of our personalities- our blind spots.
